What is Scout House?

Scout House is a private app that helps families and caregivers coordinate care for a loved one — schedules, medications, updates, appointments, and more, all in one shared "care circle."

Is it free?

Yes. Scout House is free to use for up to 3 care recipients, including the care team directory, updates feed, tasks & schedule, daily reports, and emergency info. Premium plans unlock the full toolkit (medication tracking, vital signs, care pathways, appointments, shift logs, expense tracking, and more).

How much does Premium cost?

Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, and Professional plans are available for larger or professional care needs. Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Exact prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Who can see my information?

Only the people you invite to your care circle, according to the roles you give them. Scout House does not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps.

Is Scout House a medical service?

No. Scout House is an organizing and coordination tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always rely on qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account anytime in the app under Settings → Delete Account. This removes your account and associated personal data. You can also email us at scouthouseapp@gmail.com for help.
