Why we built Scout House

Caring for someone you love is one of the most important things you'll ever do — and one of the hardest to coordinate. When a parent, partner, or family member needs care, the people supporting them are often spread across households, schedules, and time zones. Important details get lost in group texts. The same questions get asked five times. And the people doing the caring are usually exhausted.

We built Scout House to make that easier. It gives families and caregivers one calm, private place to organize everything — schedules, medications, appointments, updates, and the day-to-day details that keep a loved one safe and supported. Everyone in the care circle stays on the same page, so no one has to hold it all in their head alone.

What we believe

• Care is a team effort. The more connected the circle, the better the care.
• Privacy comes first. No ads, no selling data, no tracking — ever.
• Simple is kind. Caregiving is stressful enough; the tools shouldn't add to it.
